Arrival taxes increased $5.50Legislation containing the elimination of certain exemptions from the US Customs inspection fee was signed on October 21, 2011. The new rules will apply to tickets issued beginning November 20th, 2011. The Arrival fee increase is now $5.50 for all flights excluding Guantanamo Bay.
